Our hiring process

We appreciate that starting your career as an analyst or moving jobs is a significant event. We therefore conduct a comprehensive recruitment process to make sure you find the right role.

During the interview process you will meet with a number of MUFG representatives who will not only assess your technical expertise but provide you with further information about the role that you are applying for. This will give you the time to ask any questions that you may have.

After you have interviewed with us, we will let you know our decision as soon as possible, either via your representing recruitment agency or directly from a member of our HR team. If you are successful, your representing recruitment agency or a member of our HR team will talk you through next steps and will provide you with details of our comprehensive benefits package.

If you are unsuccessful, we will let you know the reasons why. We will also retain your details so we can consider you for future opportunities, unless you advise us that you would rather we didn’t. Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Policy for further details.

Should you accept an offer to join MUFG, our external provider will conduct pre-employment screening, as required by the regulators.

You will be provided with more information when your offer is made and a member of the HR team will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
